We guarantee that all deliveries will be handled with the utmost care and professionalism. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery completion.

  • All delivery services are subject to our terms and conditions
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Delivery was not completed due to our error or negligence
  • Package was damaged during transit due to improper handling by our team
  • Service was significantly delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeframe without prior notification
  • Duplicate charges were made to your account

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Customer-provided incorrect delivery address or contact information
  • Recipient was unavailable at the delivery location
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Customer cancellation after delivery has been initiated

Please provide your order number, delivery date, and a detailed description of the issue. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package was damaged or lost during delivery:

  • Provide photographic evidence of any damage (if applicable)
  • We will investigate the claim and work with you to resolve the issue

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a delivery service request under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Cancellation made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup time
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation made less than 2 hours before scheduled pickup time
  • No Refund: Cancellation made after pickup has been completed
